Individual Sound Healing

About the session

Christina offers deeply personalised one-to-one sound healing sessions designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. Each session begins with a warm and open conversation, during which Christina will answer any questions you may have and explore your individual healing intentions. Together, you’ll discuss areas of focus and your comfort preferences, specifically whether you’d like the instruments to be placed directly on your body or held slightly above you during the treatment.

A variety of therapeutic instruments are used throughout the session, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other vibrational tools. Each instrument is carefully selected for its unique healing properties and is applied intuitively to help restore balance and harmony. Christina’s approach combines sound therapy with subtle energy work, allowing her to respond to your body’s needs in the moment and guide healing energy where it is most beneficial.

Sessions take place with you fully clothed, either lying comfortably on a therapy bed or seated in a supportive chair—whichever feels most relaxing for you. To enhance your comfort, it is recommended that you wear loose-fitting clothing that allows you to fully unwind and remain at ease throughout the experience.

Each session lasts up to 1 hour and 10 minutes, which includes time for initial discussion, the sound healing treatment itself, and a few moments afterward for reflection and integration.

Christina’s intuitive and compassionate presence creates a safe and nurturing space for healing, offering you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and experience deep restoration.

Small-group Sound Healing
(Sound Baths)

About the session

Step into a serene and nurturing space where healing vibrations meet heartfelt connection. Christina's intimate sound baths sessions are thoughtfully designed to offer a deeply restorative experience in a tranquil, shared setting. With a maximum of 12 participants each gathering maintains a sense of closeness and calm, allowing for personal connection while benefitting from the collective energy of the group.

As you settle into a comfortable position, Christina gently guides the group into relaxation. The room fills with the resonant tones of therapeutic instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs and gentle percussion. These sounds create a rich immersive soundscape that envelops the body and mind, encouraging deep release and energetic alignment.

Throughout the session, Christina works intuitively, attuning to the group’s energy and adjusting the flow of sound to support the healing needs present in the moment. The vibrations help to quiet mental chatter, soothe the nervous system, and promote a sense of inner peace and clarity.

Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring anything that enhances their comfort—such as a blanket, eye pillow, or cushion. The experience typically lasts around 90 minutes, including time for gentle arrival, heart-centred guided meditation, the sound immersion, and a few moments afterward for quiet reflection or shared insights.

Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning for deeper exploration, these small group sessions offer a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in a safe, supportive environment.

Sound Healing Participant Guidance

Is it for me?...

While sound baths are safe for most people there are certain contraindications to the therapy and may not be suitable:

  • If you have epilepsy or experience any type of seizures

  • If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy

  • If you have a pacemaker, heart condition or other electronic implants

  • If you you have any sound sensitivities

Should you have any queries please get in touch to discuss any long-term health conditions.

What can I do if I feel overwhelmed?

During the sound bath, you are encouraged to move gently and intuitively to find a position that feels most comfortable and supportive for your relaxation. Many participants choose to lie on their back or side, but you are welcome to adjust your posture at any time to suit your needs.

Should you feel emotionally or energetically overwhelmed at any point, placing your hands on the floor and taking a few slow, grounding breaths can help restore a sense of calm and presence. If you need to step out of the space, please do so with mindfulness and consideration for others. You are welcome to return when you feel ready, taking a moment to gather yourself before rejoining the session.

Following the sound bath, Christina is available for a brief conversation should you wish to share your experience, ask questions, or receive additional support.
